We offer a comfortable student room on the first floor of a charming period building. The building has a total of nine student rooms. Three of the four floors have a shared kitchen, and each floor also has its own bathroom.

The room itself is bright and spacious, with white painted walls and ceilings. Measuring 23.86 m², it offers ample space and a generous layout.

The beautiful garden and laundry room are available for communal use by all residents. Electricity and heating costs are already included in the additional costs.

The nearest stop, "Wilhelmsplatz," is just a 2-minute walk away. From there, you can catch tram lines 61 and 62, as well as bus lines 550 and 633. The train takes you to Friedensplatz in just 5 minutes.
Furthermore, the Rhine riverbank can be reached in only about 10 minutes on foot.
