The room advertised here is 12.49 m² and is located in a very beautiful Wilhelminian-style house that was built in 1900. The student housing house has a total of 13 rooms that are rented out individually. In our house there are two equipped shared kitchens that are assigned to the two residential groups. The floors of the house are covered with wooden floorboards, the fitted kitchens and the window frames are made of fine wood. There is also a shower room on each floor. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement (fees apply).

The Wilhelminian-era house is located in Poppelsdorf, a district of the city of Bonn. Poppelsdorf is strongly influenced by the University of Bonn and is located roughly in the middle of the Bonn urban area. The Poppelsdorf center with its diverse shops, restaurants and bars is located on Clemens-August-Straße in the southwest. It is just a few minutes' walk or bike ride there, as well as to Poppelsdorf Castle or the Botanical Garden, which invites you to relax and linger. In Poppelsdorf and especially in the neighboring districts of Südstadt and Weststadt there are still many impressive residential buildings from the Wilhelminian period (approx. 1870s to 1910s, the closer to the castle, the older the houses) with some excellently preserved and renovated facades that are beautiful to look at and invite you to linger. The transport connections are very good.
