We offer a student room in a characterful Wilhelminian style house with a garden. The house consists of 8 rooms, a shared kitchen on the ground floor and a dining room or lounge for all residents. The rooms in the house are bright, spacious and have high ceilings, some of which have stucco. All rooms have linoleum or wooden floors. There is also a shower room on each floor. A washing machine and a dryer are available for shared use in the basement. The terrace and the beautiful garden are also available to all residents. A multimedia supply with digital TV/radio as well as internet access (upon activation) with up to 32 Mbit/s downstream and up to 2 Mbit/s upstream is available. The monthly costs are already included in the rental price.

The house is on Sternenburgstrasse in the Poppelsdorf district and is conveniently located. In the immediate vicinity is Poppelsdorf Castle and the Botanical Garden, where you can relax. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach Nußallee with the institutes located there. The University of Bonn and Bonn city center can also be easily reached on foot or by bike. Shops for everyday life are in the immediate vicinity and the Poppelsdorfer Meile with its charming bars, cafés and restaurants is only about 5 minutes away on foot. Bus and train connections are available in all directions.
