Three of the four floors have a shared kitchen, and each floor also has its own bathroom. The room itself is bright and spacious, with white-painted walls and ceilings. At 23.86 m², it offers plenty of room and a generous layout. A lovely garden and a laundry room are available for all residents to use. Electricity and heating are included in the monthly rent. The location is very central: the nearest tram stop, "Wilhelmsplatz," is just a 2-minute walk away. From there, you can catch tram lines 61 and 62, as well as bus lines 550 and 633. The tram takes you to Friedensplatz in just 5 minutes. The Rhine River is also only about a 10-minute walk away.
