We have a beautiful student room in the attic to rent in a popular location on Heerstrasse in Bonn, which is famous for its lush cherry blossoms. The Wilhelminian-style house dates back to 1897, has been completely renovated and is in very good condition. It has a total of 7 rooms, which are rented individually. This room is in the attic. All rooms have natural wooden floorboards, and each room has a sink. There are two bathrooms in the house and there is a kitchen for communal use. The house has a pretty garden that all residents can use. Creative design and maintenance of the garden is very welcome. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement, which can be used by all residents by inserting coins.

A multimedia supply with digital TV / radio as well as Internet access (after activation, there is a one-off charge for this) with up to 32 Mbit/s downstream and up to 2 Mbit/s upstream is available and the monthly costs for this are already included in the rental price.

The house is located in the heart of Bonn's old town. The old town has a wide range of restaurants and shops. You can reach Bonn's city center in just a few minutes on foot or by bike. The transport links are good.
