Prager Strasse 17 is a single-family house. The ground floor of the family home is divided into a large eat-in kitchen and a bright living room and guest toilet. On the 1st floor there are four bedrooms/workrooms and a bathroom with a separately accessible shower. If desired, the four bedrooms/workrooms can also be built back into three or two rooms.
