This room is an approximately 19.10 m² room in our ROM.HOF for student living. The room is in a 2-room apartment in the basement. Each of the 51 student apartments has a hallway with an integrated kitchenette and a shower room, which you can use together with a roommate. Each room in the apartment has a “studiolo” in front of it – similar to a small winter garden. The internet access in the room has a speed of up to 32 Mbit/s downstream (after activation). The costs are already included in the rental price. An underground parking space can be rented separately. This room can be rented immediately or from December 1st, 2023.

Young people living in a community. The ROM.HOF is located on Siemensstrasse in Bonn and is organized as a square ring of buildings around an inner courtyard. The modern apartments are housed in four “houses” in the surrounding wings of the building and are accessible via the arcades open to the inner courtyard. In the ROM.HOF, communal living is very important and at the same time the living arrangement requires consideration for the roommates and respectful interaction with one another. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen for all residents of the house, a launderette with the option to use washing machines and dryers for a fee, and a fitness room equipped with various sports and play equipment. A hotspot has also been set up in the common areas.

Bonn-Dransdorf is in the immediate vicinity of the trendy district of Bonn-Endenich. There are many shops, bars and cafes here. Adjacent are the institutes of the University of Bonn and the Poppelsdorf Castle. Bonn's city center can be reached by public transport in just 10 minutes.
