The house consists of 8 rooms, a shared kitchen on the ground floor and a dining room or lounge for all residents. The rooms in the house are bright, spacious and have high ceilings, some of which are decorated with stucco. All rooms are equipped with linoleum or wooden floors. There is also a shower room on each floor. A washing machine and dryer are available for communal use in the basement. The terrace and the beautiful garden are also available to all residents. Multimedia supply with digital TV / radio and internet access (after activation, there is a one-off cost for this) with up to 32 Mbit / s downstream and up to 2 Mbit / s upstream is available and the monthly costs for this are already included in the rent. A flat rate for electricity is also included in the additional costs.
